Hand Bells

This is a music reading group for 4th and 5th grade students who are self-disciplined and willing to work hard.  The ensemble is limited to 16 students and is offered in the fall. Students will be chosen by a rhythm clapping audition.  Students should know note values and keep a steady beat. This club meets before school. For more information, please contact Jenny Hall.

Choirs at Antelope Trails are open to 2nd-5th graders in the fall. The 2nd and 3rd graders sing together on Tuesday mornings and 4th and 5th graders sing together on Monday mornings.   If you love to sing and have fun making great music, come join us! Intramural Sports

As an extension of the physical education program offered at school,we offer various intramural sports throughout the school year. Intramurals provide an opportunity for 4th and 5th grade students to learn more about specific sports.  Basketball, volleyball, soccer, floor hockey and softball are offered. This club meets before school. Art Appreciation Club

The Art Appreciation Club is for art enthusiasts who love creating works of art for the school and community in a positive team experience.  Twelve students from 2nd and 3rd grades, equally represented, will create and donate at least one art piece to the school and one to the community. Art Appreciation Club is available in the fall and meets for twelve sessions  before school. Fee:  A $35 fee is required from each student to help pay for materials. School Musical

4th and 5th graders have the opportunity to perform and participate as the stage crew for the spring musical.  There is a $50 activity fee (includes a DVD copy of the final performance)  to participate and this fee covers production expenses and includes a T-shirt for your child.  For more information, please contact Jenny Hall


Stage Crew

This selected group of 4th and 5th graders will design and paint backdrops and props for the spring musical.  Twelve students will meet in the spring for twelve sessions before school plus after school rehearsals during the production week Fee:  A $50 fee is required to help pay for materials and supplies along with a crew t-shirt and DVD. Student Leadership
For the aspiring leaders in our school, the opportunity to serve as an ambassador for all students is available to 10 fourth and fifth grade students. Mrs. Guillan will be working with fifth graders during 1st semester and fourth graders during 2nd semester. Students in this group serve as IB role models to other students by preparing messages for morning announcements and each year we have both a local and global focus for students to take action. Crazy 8s Math Club

Crazy 8s is an over-the-top recreational before school club that gets kids excited about math.  You'll build glow-in-the-dark structures, crack secret spy codes and play get-up-and-move games like Toilet Paper Olympics. ATE Kindness Club

The goal of this club is:
  • To build self-esteem and raise school morale by showing every person at our school the he or she really can make a differece.
  • To spread kindness through Random Acts of Kindness
  • To remind students to look for the good they see in people.

Chess Club

Chess Club is for all students grades K-5th and meets before school. Students with all levels of experience are welcome to participate. Members will learn the rules and strategies of chess and play games with each other.  There is a $10 club fee to cover supplies, t-shirt and a party. NEW THIS YEAR: Due to the populartiy of chess club, we will have a K-2 chess club that will meet on Tuesdays, and a grades 3-5 club that will meet on Thursdays.

5th Grade Robotics Club

Want to learn about basic robotic engineering and programming?  Antelope Trails offers a robotics club for students in the 5th grade.  This is a hands-on enrichment opportunity for students to build and program Lego Mindstorm EV3 robots to perform simple tasks.
