Antelope Trails Student Fee Schedule
 

School  Supply  and Consumable Fees 

The following procedure has been implemented for all elementary schools in District 20 with the adoption of the 2017-2018 student fee schedule. 
Grade Classroom Supply Fee Consumable Fee Consumable Fee Description
Preschool $20 $20 To cover actual cost of consumable material used by the student in the classroom and/or are items students will retain after the class.  Examples includes readers, workbooks, communication folders, planners, party supplies, etc.
Kindergarten $25 $25 To cover a portion of the cost for activity/art supply charge for class projects throughout the year, craft projects, IB folders, take home bags and party fees.
1st Grade $25 $25 To cover a portion of digital and paper subscriptions (which can be used at home), workbooks, communication folders, planners, party supplies, etc.
2nd Grade $25 $25 To cover a portion of digital and paper subscriptions (which can be used at home), workbooks, communication folders, planners, party supplies, etc.
3rd Grade $25 $25 To cover a portion of digital and paper subscriptions (which can be used at home), music recorder, workbooks, party supplies, etc.
4th Grade $25

To cover a portion of the cost for digital learning associated with 1:1 iPad usage such as Newsela and Front Row, as well as, a weekly subscription to Scholastic News, communication folder, daily planner and a party fee.

Pay student fees online at www.payforit.net, or drop off a check made payable to ATE.  Cash payments can also be made in the front office.

Certain fees may be reduced or waived for students eligible for free or reduced price meals under federal poverty income guidelines if a current “Information Release” form is on file authorizing sharing of student eligibility.  Application and information regarding the free and reduced price meal program can be obtained by calling the Free and Reduced Meal Registrar at 234-1416.  For other fee reduction or hardship waiver questions contact the school principal. 
 
FEES IDENTIFIED ARE MANDATORY FOR PARTICIPATION.  PARTICIPATION MAY BE VOLUNTARY.
