A Note From Mrs. Cresap

Dear Antelope Trails Families,

Welcome to the 2018-2019 school-year! I am thrilled to be serving as your child's principal and am excited to meet each of you as we begin our year together. Antelope Trails Elementary is a distinctive school filled with talented and caring teachers, students who work hard to do their best, and families who care deeply about education. I look forward to working with each of you to ensure your child is able to learn at high rates, explore their curiosities, and discover new ways to express their thoughts and ideas.

This year marks my 27th year in education. During that time, not only have I been able to work with and teach elementary age students in grades K - 5, I have also been able to train and coach teachers while being an assistant principal at a middle school as well as elementary principal at several elementary schools in Illinois and Colorado. Since that time, I have also had the opportunity to serve as a district level administrator for six years and be one of the founders/administrator of a charter school that is still going strong 17 years later.

I am eager to support everyone—teachers, students, and parents—in our ongoing pursuit of meaningful experiences that result in personal growth, academic success, and an eagerness to learn more. My door is always open. Please feel free to stop in, call or email me to discuss any thoughts, or ideas to help make this an amazing year for you and your child.

A Note From Mrs. Angiollo

Dear ATE Families,

Happy 2018-2019 school year!  I am very honored to serve as Assistant Principal and join the Antelope Trails Elementary family!  During my first eight years in education, I taught fourth grade in Texas and then third grade here in Colorado Springs. For the last four years, I served as the Intervention Coordinator at an elementary school in Academy School District 20. My heart is definitely in elementary education and I'm so happy to call ATE home!

I look forward to working with each of you as we team together to help our students foster their love of learning and making the world around them a better place! The partnership between home and school is extremely valuable, so I encourage you to email, call, or stop in to share thoughts or ideas on how we can best support your child.
