Volunteer

We love our volunteers! All parents who wish to volunteer in the classroom, chaperone on a field trip, or volunteer with the PTO, must apply at ASD20.org and attend a Volunteer Training at Antelope Trails Elementary School. This process can take up to 10 business days to complete, so please plan ahead!

School Accountability Committee (SAC)

The School Accountability Committee is a group of parent volunteers, community members, and staff members, who function as a communication link between the school and the community.  While not a policy making group, the committee directs the development and implementation of the annual School Site Improvement Plan.  The SAC also serves as a sounding board for ideas related to new and ongoing school policies and programs. Check our school calendar for SAC meetings and events. SAC meeting minutes may be viewed on our SAC Announcements page.

Parent Teacher Organization (PTO)

Antelope Trails has a very active PTO.  All families are members of the PTO and are encouraged to get involved.  The PTO Sponsors many events and fundraising activities that build community spirit. Links to our volunteer form and the PTO webpage can be found under Related Links. PTO meetings and events can be found on the school calendar.

District Sounding Board

Parent representatives to the District Sounding Board meet with other Academy District 20 parents and administrators to foster school/community communications.  This group meets monthly with the District Superintendent to share the educational experiences that go on in their respective communities.
