4th graders at Antelope Trails had the opportunity to celebrate the Japanese holiday, Kodomo No Hi, or Children's Day. Students read about the history of the holiday and the significant of Koi fish. They were able to look at pictures from a fourth grade teacher who used to live in Japan. Students decorated beautiful Koi fish kites. Way to be internationally-minded, antelopes!
