School and Classroom Updates

Antelope Trails and District 20 use ParentSquare for important messages by email, text and/or phone, based on your Infinite Campus settings. Download the ParentSquare app for timely updates.

The school sends Sunday Tales each week through ParentSquare, with links to the website, as well as additional notices about changes, cancellations and updates. Teachers typically send weekly classroom messages through ParentSquare by 5 p.m. Sunday. Friday Folders carry school and classroom information between home and school.

Use the website to access:

  • Calendars

  • Menus

  • Policies

  • Family information

  • PTO resources

  • Infinite Campus links

Keep Contact Information Current

Keep contact and emergency numbers, along with the names of adults authorized to check out your student, current in Infinite Campus.

For changes to Infinite Campus information, send a help desk ticket to help@asd20.org. School personnel are not allowed to change student information.

Parent Access and Consent

Unless a current court order states otherwise, Antelope Trails assumes divorced parents have equal rights to information about their child. A stepparent without legal custodial rights does not have parental authority to check out a student or access student information.

A third-party consent document must be completed for noncustodial parents to access student information and/or check out a student. Request this form from the school office.

Moving or Changing Address

If your family plans to move within or outside Colorado Springs or outside District 20, notify the school secretary or registrar at 719-234-4100. For district withdrawal procedures, see Withdrawing from School.

School Pictures

Individual and class pictures are taken in the fall. Picture day information is shared in advance on the website and in Friday Folders.

Contacting Your Child

All parent-student communication during the school day must go through the office. Students may not use personal devices to contact family members. See Student Devices and Technology.
